Explainerium – Account Collaboration Terms
Explainerium believes in fairness, transparency, and mutual respect in every collaboration. These terms explain how shared or managed accounts are created, used, and maintained under our agency.
1. Account Registration and Identity Use
Sometimes, because of platform or regional restrictions (like Fiverr or other freelance sites), Explainerium may use a team member’s details to create an account. This is done only for registration purposes. All personal information stays private and protected — it will never be misused.
The team member always has full access to the account. If someone decides to leave, the account will remain under Explainerium, but all credentials and personal details will stay safe and protected. The person will continue receiving their agreed percentage each month as appreciation for their contribution, unless otherwise mutually decided.
2. Account Usage and Management
Account access and usage depend on the country and platform rules.
If an account can only be used from another country (for example, Pakistan, India), the team member from that country will manage it directly, while Explainerium provides full guidance and supervision.
If the account is created and used from Bangladesh or any other region, it will run under Explainerium’s management.
All work, communication, and client projects handled through these accounts are part of Explainerium’s official operations.
3. Ownership, Ranking, and Compensation
If an account grows, ranks, or earns income through Explainerium’s work, time, or investment, it will stay under Explainerium’s ownership since the success comes from the agency’s effort.
Even if the account has not yet ranked but Explainerium has already invested in it, it will still be treated as an Explainerium-managed account.
The team member connected to the account will receive a monthly percentage (usually between 5% and 10%) from the account’s earnings, based on their role and contribution.
If a person decides to leave, the account will remain under Explainerium, all credentials will stay protected, and the person will continue receiving their agreed monthly percentage.
4. Risk and Market Responsibility
Freelance platforms like Fiverr are highly competitive and uncertain. Even with time and investment, results are never guaranteed. Explainerium accepts these risks as part of its business journey.
