Why we don't promise SEO results
Search engines change their ranking signals on a Tuesday. We can promise a process. We can't promise a result.
Every prospect asks. We give the same answer. Nobody can promise SEO results. The few who do are usually selling something else.
What we can promise
A site that's technically clean - meta tags, sitemap, structured data, performance, internal linking. Content that's structured the way search engines reward. Authoritative signals where we can build them honestly.
What we can't promise
Top-three rankings for a keyword. Search engines change ranking signals on a Tuesday and don't tell anyone. Competitors are also moving. The query you want to rank for might not even exist in 18 months.
Why this matters
SEO promises that get broken don't just damage one project. They damage the client's trust in every future agency they hire. We'd rather lose the deal than enter the relationship promising what nobody can deliver.
What works instead
Promise process. Show monthly reports of what we did and what we observed. Let the client see the chart. Earn the next month by being honest about what's working and what isn't.
Most "SEO results" come from doing the boring thing for 18 months without stopping.
